“Inspired from the imagination of our daughter Londyn, who has been battling Alopecia for 2.5 years and set out to sell Lemonade in hopes to buy her own hair. Londyn’s Lemonade is a non-profit brand aspiring to raise money to donate wigs to children suffering from hair loss. There are many medical circumstances that can cause hair loss in children, and unfortunately many of them are drastically under researched, with no clear path for treatment. In addition, this problem is of particular concern in pediatric group, as it is associated with more significant psychological consequences in this growing age group and can be difficult for both the child and the family to deal with. The ultimate aim of Londyn’s Lemonade was to provide a means for children suffering from hair loss, an outlet to build their self confidence, gain their power back, and begin to understand just how beautiful they are with or without the hair. Sometimes hope can begin with a little glass of Lemonade and a little ray of sunshine.” -Londyn’s Parents
